The 50,000 square feet office block, located in the Midlands is owned and operated by a leading American IT company.

Having completed an £800,000 HVAC refurbishment project comprising of VRV comfort cooling & heating, ventilation and associated services on a design and build basis, our client felt it necessary to provide the building owner and main contractor with the complete peace of mind of a fully independent compliance and snagging report upon completion.

We were appointed to carry out the necessary site surveys and issue an independent compliance report and snagging list to the building owner, main contractor and our client which effectively signed off the project as complete whilst enabling the project teams to effectively close the project.
