Energy Audits are aimed at giving you a snapshot of what your HVAC systems are doing to identify if energy savings can be made and how much. The audit can be thought of as a "shaved down" version of the EPB Air Conditioning Inspection.

The intention would be to visit site and to make basic "rule of thumb" estimates of building loads, the capacity and the power consumption of your HVAC plant. This basic information is enough to decide on a plan of action and what additional information is required.

Like the Air Conditioning Inspection the we will ask for basic information which will cut down site time and the cost.
