This end user is the leading coffee shop
chain with hundreds of UK stores and high expectations of their
service suppliers. As a an approved HVAC installation &
maintenance contractor our client must monitor, control and
report the quality of their service delivery.
We were asked to develop and implement a
system to provide impartial and independent reports of the
levels of quality.
We devised the necessary procedures, a set
of KPIs and software to compile the survey data and create
reports that clearly present our findings on both regular
maintenance and Cap-Ex jobs.
Our client has enjoyed significant benefits
from such a proactive method of quality control with improved
customer satisfaction and greater control over his own
engineers.
