With 200 sites in the UK and Eire to be surveyed, with a lot of data to be gathered, this leading high street chain represented something of a challenge to us.

Each store was visited to compare it against an "ideal" HVAC concept and to create a register of all the plant and it's condition. We also gathered feedback from the staff and made an assessment of health and safety issues connected with the HVAC plant.

Because of the volume of raw data we designed and compiled a SQL database to enable us to produce a wide range of reports for the client including a league table of problem sites and budget cap-ex figures to bring each store up to the concept standard.

In all this was a successful project for us and has provided a number of technical and procedural innovations that can prove beneficial to all of our future clients.
